1. Data we receive

• Website form: your name, phone or Telegram for contact, the selected service and your comment.
• Telegram and Instagram messages: the text of your messages, voice messages, videos, images and files you send, your profile name and username, and the platform’s internal identifier.
• Phone calls: your phone number, the call recording and its transcript.
• Technical data: your IP address (only to protect against spam and attacks, temporarily, in server memory) and one technical cookie required for form security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies or analytics systems.

2. Why we use it

• to answer your request, discuss your project and prepare a proposal;
• to contact you via Telegram, Instagram or phone;
• to improve our service and protect the website from spam and attacks.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or publish it without your consent.

3. AI assistant “Fotima”

Messages sent via Telegram, Instagram Direct and phone are first answered by our AI assistant Fotima. She is open about being an AI, passes the conversation and request details to our managers and hands the conversation over to a human when needed. You can write “I want to talk to a manager” at any time.

4. Who we share data with

To provide our services, data is shared only with the following technical partners and only to the extent necessary:

• Anthropic (Claude) — message text and media, to prepare the AI assistant’s replies;
• ElevenLabs — to transcribe voice messages and video audio, and for phone calls;
• Telegram and Meta (Instagram) — messages are delivered through these platforms, and their own privacy policies apply;
• Google Fonts — the website font is loaded from this service (it sees your browser’s IP address).

Where required by law, data may be provided to authorised government bodies.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on our own server and is accessible only to responsible staff. Connections to the website are encrypted with HTTPS, and the server is protected by a firewall, request rate limits and other security measures.

Requests and conversations are kept as long as needed to provide our services, but no longer than 3 years after your last contact. Files created temporarily for Instagram publishing are deleted automatically after 3 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion and to withdraw your consent to its processing.

7. Data deletion

To have your data deleted, send us “Delete my data”: Telegram @ozim_developers, Instagram @ozim_developers, +998 90 915 95 55. After confirming which account the request came from, we will delete your website requests, conversations and call recordings within 30 days and let you know.

8. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
